In case of cancellation, we must be informed in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges, applicable on the total amount and effective from the date of intimation, are as follows :
Over 14 days prior to arrival: No charges (In case study materials have already been allotted, refunds will be subject to deduction of respective charges)
14 days to 7 days prior to arrival: 25%
6 days to 48 hours prior to arrival: 50% (100% for bookings from December 24 till January 4)
Less than 48 hours or no show: 75% (100% for bookings from December 24 till January 4)
There will be no refund of any amount after check-in at dive resort.
For any refund, the designated amount will be refunded to the source account.
